    • 1 handful chives

    • 2 tbsp chili oil
    • 2 pieces peperoncino
    • 1 handful katsuobushi
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp water
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar

STEPS

Slice the green onion thinly and cut the cabbage and chives into bite-sized pieces.

Boil the udon noodles for 1 minute, rinse under cold water, and drain.

Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water, and cooking wine to make the sauce.

Heat chili oil in a pan, add peperoncino and green onion, and stir-fry over medium heat.

Add smoked duck and stir-fry, then add cabbage and continue cooking.

Add the udon noodles and sauce, stir-frying until well combined.

Add chives and stir-fry quickly to finish.
