- 200g smoked duck

Seasonings

STEPS
Prepare all ingredients.
Slice the onion thinly.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Cut the smoked duck into bite-sized pieces.
Stir-fry the smoked duck over high heat.
Add the sliced onion and green onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Add sugar and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
Add minced garlic, chili powder, and black pepper, then stir-fry.
Serve over a bowl of rice and arrange neatly.
