Smoked Duck Kimchi Stir-fry

    • 600g smoked duck
    • 1/4 portion napa cabbage kimchi
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
    • đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
    • đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

STEPS

Prepare 600g of smoked duck and cut larger pieces in half. Heat in a pan.

Cut the napa cabbage kimchi into pieces similar in size to the duck. Add to the pan and mix.

Add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1.5 tbsp sugar. Stir-fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle 2 tbsp chopped green onion generously and stir quickly.

Finish with 1 tsp sesame oil and a pinch of sesame seeds. Serve hot.
