INGREDIENTS

  • Main Ingredients

    • 6 slices smoked duck
    • 1/2 handful chives
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
    • 🥔 1/2 potato, chopped
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot, chopped
    • 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
  • Seasonings

    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame salt
    • 🧂 2 pinches salt

STEPS

1

Prepare 6 slices of smoked duck, 1/2 handful of chives, 1/2 onion, 1/2 potato, and 1/4 carrot.

2

Chop all the ingredients into small pieces. Chives pair well with duck, so feel free to add more if desired.

3

In a frying pan, add 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic and stir-fry the smoked duck slices.

4

No need to add extra oil as the duck will release enough fat during cooking.

5

Once the duck turns golden, add the chopped onion, carrot, and potato. Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked.

6

Add 1 bowl of cooked rice, chives, and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce. Mix well and stir-fry again.

7

Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sesame salt and adjust the seasoning with 2 pinches of salt if needed.
