- 🍗 Smoked duck 200g
- 🍄 Mushrooms 150g (sliced)
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Pour olive oil into a pan and preheat on low heat.
Add the smoked duck to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry together for 5 minutes until cooked.
Add soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
Turn off the heat and plate the smoked duck and mushroom stir-fry.
