Bread
- 🍞 2 hot dog buns
Meat
- 🥩 150g ground beef
Vegetables

- 1 bell pepper, diced (30g)
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, diced (100g)

Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Mince the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper and tomato into small pieces.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a skillet over low heat. Add onion and sauté until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add bell pepper and tomato to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes, allowing the tomato's moisture to evaporate. Mix in ketchup, sugar, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Warm the hot dog buns in a toaster. Slice them open and fill with the Sloppy Joe mixture.
