INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 1/2 bowl of chopped young radish kimchi
- 🐟 100g canned tuna, drained
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Chop the young radish kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Use half the amount of rice and avoid using the kimchi liquid.
Drain the canned tuna using a strainer to remove excess oil.
Prepare the bibimbap sauce by mixing gochujang, sesame oil, oligosaccharide, sesame seeds, garlic, and soy sauce.
Fry the egg to your preference. Fully cook both sides if desired.
In a large bowl, combine the rice, drained tuna, chopped kimchi, and bibimbap sauce.
Transfer the mixed bibimbap to a serving bowl, top with the fried egg, and sprinkle black sesame seeds for garnish.
