INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Chop the green onion finely.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Add the tuna and stir-fry, then season with pepper and salt.
Add the cooked rice and press it down with a spatula while stir-frying.
Push the rice to the side of the pan and pour soy sauce into the empty space, letting it simmer briefly before mixing with the rice.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir-fry thoroughly.
Finish by adding 2 tbsp of sesame oil and mix well.
Serve with a fried egg on top and optional ketchup decoration.
