INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥓 60g block bacon
- 200g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, halved
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- Pinch of sliced red chili
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Trim the roots of the komatsuna and cut into 3cm pieces. Halve the mushrooms. Thinly slice the garlic and remove the core with a toothpick.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm thick sticks.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and red chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the bacon and mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat until lightly browned.
Add the komatsuna, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-low heat for 1 minute. Remove the lid, stir everything together, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
