    • 1 red chili
    • 1 tbsp cooking oil

    • 1 tsp rice wine

Prepare the ingredients. Clean the shrimp, slice the zucchini into thick pieces, and finely chop the red chili.

Place the zucchini in a bowl, add 0.5 tbsp of salt, and let it sit for about 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.

Marinate the shrimp with 1 tsp rice wine and a pinch of pepper. Mix well.

Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.

Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until the shrimp are almost fully cooked.

Once the shrimp are nearly done, add 0.5 tbsp minced garlic and the chopped red chili. Mix well and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
