INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 small potatoes, julienned
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, julienned
- đź§… 1/2 onion, julienned
- đź§„ 1 green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 drizzle of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
STEPS
Julienne the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Slice the green onion diagonally.
Heat a pan on medium heat and add oil with the sliced green onion to create a fragrant green onion oil.
Once the green onion sizzles, add 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic and stir well.
Add the julienned potatoes to the pan and stir-fry on medium heat.
Add the julienned carrots and continue stir-frying.
Add the julienned onions and mix well.
Season with 1 tsp of salt and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle black pepper, drizzle sesame oil, and stir-fry on high heat briefly.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
