    • 🥔 400g fresh potatoes
    • 🥕 70g carrot
  • Seasonings

    • đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp salt
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • đź’§ 3 tbsp water
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • đź§‚ 1 pinch salt

Prepare 400g fresh potatoes and 70g carrot.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into strips, not too thin.

Rinse the potato strips in water to remove starch, then drain and marinate with 1/2 tbsp salt for 10 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the potato strips for 2 minutes.

Add 3 tbsp water to the pan, cover with a lid, and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Uncover the pan, add carrot strips and a pinch of salt, then stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add 1/2 tbsp sesame oil.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds and mix well to finish.
