INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 handfuls oyster mushrooms
- đź§… 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🥕 2 pinches julienned carrot
- 1 chili, sliced
- đź§… 5 cm green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 2 dashes black pepper
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp salt
STEPS
Tear the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion, carrot, chili, and green onion. (Chili and green onion can be omitted if desired.)
Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water for 20 seconds.
Rinse the mushrooms in cold water and drain them in a colander.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the mushrooms.
Add the onion and carrot, and continue stir-frying.
Add garlic, pepper, and salt, and stir-fry quickly. Optionally, add chili and green onion.
