- 🥔 1 potato, peeled and sliced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Peel the potato and slice it into thin strips. Rinse twice and soak in water briefly.
Slice the new onion into thin strips.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil and 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the potato slices and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
When the potatoes turn slightly translucent, add the onion slices and stir-fry for another minute.
Add 6 tbsp of soy sauce and increase the heat to high. Stir-fry until the onions and potatoes are evenly coated and the sauce is absorbed.
Continue stir-frying until there is no moisture left in the pan, ensuring the mixture does not burn.
