- 4 sheets fish cake

- 🥕 Adequate amount of carrot
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
STEPS
Slice the fish cake thinly and place in a pan.
Slice the onion and carrot thinly and add to the pan.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce to the pan.
Stir-fry until the ingredients are well coated and cooked through. Add adequate oil and continue stirring.
Add 1 tbsp corn syrup and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve the stir-fried fish cake on a plate.
