INGREDIENTS
Base
- 8 tart shells (5cm each)
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 70g smoked salmon
- 60g hanpen (1/2 piece)
- 🧀 36g cream cheese (2 pieces)
Toppings
- 🍣 15g ikura (salmon roe)
- Fresh dill (to taste)
STEPS
Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them in a food processor. Tear the hanpen into smaller pieces and add it to the processor. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth to create the salmon mousse.
Transfer the salmon mousse into a piping bag. Pipe equal portions onto the tart shells and garnish each with ikura and fresh dill.
