INGREDIENTS

  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
    • đź§‚ 1/4 teaspoon of salt
    • đźź© 1 and 1/2 sheets of nori seaweed
  • Shrimp Tempura

    • 🍤 6 peeled shrimp (90g)
    • đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
    • 3 tablespoons of tempura flour
    • đź’§ 3 tablespoons of water
    • đź§‚ 2 tablespoons of concentrated soy sauce
    • Sufficient amount of vegetable oil

Cut the nori seaweed into strips as described.

Prepare the shrimp by removing veins, washing, drying, and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Mix the remaining tempura flour and water to create a batter.

Heat vegetable oil to 170°C, dip shrimp in batter, and fry for 1–2 minutes until crispy. Toss fried shrimp with soy sauce.

Mix rice with salt, divide into 6 portions, and wrap each portion around a shrimp. Wrap with nori strips.
