INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 85g salmon
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍞 10 slices baguette
- 🧀 10 tbsp cream cheese
- 10 tsp coleslaw sauce
- 1 tbsp wasabi
- 1/2 handful microgreens
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 5 blueberries, halved
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion as finely as possible.
Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them on both sides. For a softer texture, use butter instead.
Cut the blueberries in half.
Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each baguette slice and top with salmon.
Add a generous dollop of coleslaw sauce and a small amount of wasabi on top of the salmon.
Top with plenty of sliced onion, then garnish with microgreens and halved blueberries.
