INGREDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 1/6 radish, julienned
- 5 stalks green onion, chopped
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp salt
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Julienne the radish and chop the green onions into 4 parts. Green onions can be substituted with scallions or omitted.
Sprinkle salt over the julienned radish and let it sit for at least 10 minutes. If the radish is too spicy, add 1 tbsp of sugar while salting.
Drain the water released from the radish, rinse lightly, and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the salted radish, green onions, and all seasoning ingredients. Toss well to combine. Use your preferred type of fish sauce (anchovy or sand lance fish sauce).
