INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g pork loin
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🍄 1/2 king oyster mushroom
- 🍄 70g enoki mushrooms
- đź§… 1/3 green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of pepper
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 4 tbsp water
STEPS
Slice 1/3 green onion, prepare 2 shiitake mushrooms, 1/2 king oyster mushroom, and 70g enoki mushrooms.
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 4 tbsp water to create a slurry.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion for 2 minutes.
Add 100g pork loin and a pinch of salt, then stir-fry until cooked.
Add shiitake and king oyster mushrooms, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, and a pinch of pepper. Stir-fry well.
Once mushrooms are cooked, pour in 100ml water and bring to a boil.
Add enoki mushrooms and cook briefly, then add the cornstarch slurry and simmer on low heat until thickened.
