INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 10 handfuls of mushrooms
- đź§… 6 stalks of green onion
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- đź’§ 400ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Thickening Mixture
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Clean the mushrooms with a dry cloth to preserve their aroma.
Heat 3 tbsp olive oil and sauté 2 tbsp minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
Add 10 handfuls of mushrooms and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Pour 400ml water into the pan and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/3 tbsp sugar, a pinch of pepper, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
Cut 6 stalks of green onion into 5cm pieces and add them to the pan.
Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and pour into the pan to thicken the sauce.
Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp sesame oil. Adjust the seasoning with salt.
Serve the mushrooms over hot rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
