    • Doubanjiang 1 teaspoon
    • Cornstarch 1 teaspoon (dissolved in water)
    • Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

STEPS

Cut the tofu into cubes and lightly drain the water.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and doubanjiang.

Add the tofu, pour in the soy sauce, and gently mix.

Pour in the dissolved cornstarch, stir quickly to thicken, and it’s done.
