INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- đź§… 1 handful chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup water
STEPS
Cut the tofu into appropriate sizes and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
While the tofu is frying, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and water.
Once the tofu is golden brown, pour the sauce over the tofu in the pan and simmer until the sauce reduces slightly.
Add chopped green onion to the pan and cook briefly before serving.
