INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
- 150g silken tofu
- 🧅 80g green onion, sliced
- 🥬 80g kimchi
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 500cc water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
☆ Mixed Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Drain the mackerel can and roughly flake the fish.
Mix the ☆ seasonings (gochujang and miso) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the green onion until softened. Add the mackerel and stir briefly.
Add chicken stock powder and water, bringing it to a boil. Crumble the tofu into the pot using a spoon.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes. Gradually add the ☆ seasonings and stir to dissolve. Add kimchi and simmer briefly.
