    • 1 piece ginger, minced

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
    • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • Seasoning

    • 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
    • đź’§ 100ml water
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup

STEPS

Chop the onion and ginger finely. Mince the garlic after removing its core.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic and ginger over low heat until fragrant.

Add chopped onion and sauté over medium-low heat until golden brown. Then add ground meat and cook until the fat becomes translucent.

Add curry powder and sauté for about 3 minutes.

Add the canned tomatoes, water, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Uncover and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring to evaporate excess moisture.

Serve the curry over warm cooked rice.
