  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp perilla seed powder
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds

STEPS

Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Place the mushrooms in a dish and add water until they are submerged.
