INGREDIENTS

- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Place the mushrooms in a dish and add water until they are submerged.
Microwave the mushrooms for 2.5–3 minutes.
Rinse the cooked mushrooms under cold water.
Drain the mushrooms and place them in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of perilla seed powder to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of perilla oil to the bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
