INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice

- 🥚 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp fish sauce

- 3 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Add 1 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of fish sauce to the pan and stir well.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until golden and evenly mixed.
Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack 3 eggs into the empty space.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice and stir-fry until fully combined.
Serve the egg fried rice in a bowl, placing the eggs on top for presentation.
