    • 🍫 50g chocolate
    • 🥛 50cc milk
    • 260g silken tofu
    • 🥚 1 egg
    • đź§‚ 50g sugar
    • 30g cake flour
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • A pinch of powdered sugar

Chop 50g of chocolate into small pieces.

Add 50cc of milk to the chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds.

Mix the melted chocolate thoroughly.

Add 260g of silken tofu to the chocolate mixture.

Add 50g sugar and 1 egg to the mixture. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Add 30g cake flour and 2 tbsp cocoa powder to the mixture.

Mix again until the batter is smooth and uniform.

Pour the batter into a 15cm cake tin.

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Cool the cake and refrigerate overnight for best texture.
