INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§… 1 cup of chopped green onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, finely chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
STEPS
Finely chop the green onion and carrot.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion to make green onion oil.
Push the green onion to one side of the pan and scramble 2 eggs in the remaining space.
Add the chopped carrot to the green onion oil and stir-fry until softened.
Mix the scrambled eggs, green onion, and carrot together in the pan.
Add 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce and mix well. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined. Use the back of a ladle to press and flatten the rice if needed.
Drizzle 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil over the fried rice and mix gently.
