    • 30g mentaiko
  • Condiments

    • 2 tsp mentuyu
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

    • 1/4 pack kaiware sprouts

Microwave the frozen udon according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts. Cut the mentaiko open and scoop out the roe with a spoon.

In a bowl, mix the mentaiko, mentuyu, and mayonnaise. Add the udon and kaiware sprouts, and toss to combine.
