    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

Slice the radish into large strips and mix with 1.5 tbsp sea salt and 1 tbsp sugar. Let it brine for 1 hour.

Chop 1/2 stalk of green onion finely. If using scallions, cut them into lengths matching the radish strips.

After 1 hour, rinse the brined radish 2-3 times and squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, combine 5 tbsp red pepper powder, 2.5 tbsp sugar, 2.5 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1/4 tbsp salt, and the chopped green onion.

Mix the radish with the seasoning mixture thoroughly until evenly coated.
