STEPS
Boil 600ml of water in a pot and add 1/2 tbsp salt.
Add the bean sprouts to the boiling water and cook for 4–5 minutes with the lid open.
Drain the bean sprouts using a strainer to remove excess water.
In a bowl, mix the cooked bean sprouts with the seasoning ingredients until well combined.
