INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 180g bean sprouts
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 5 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 2/3 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp mirin
STEPS
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and slice the green onion, perilla leaves, and onion.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and mirin to create the seasoning sauce.
Layer the bean sprouts at the bottom of a wide pan, followed by the onion and green onion.
Place the pork belly slices on top and pour the seasoning sauce over them. Start cooking.
As the bean sprouts release moisture, stir gently to mix the ingredients and seasoning.
Cook until the excess moisture reduces and the dish becomes slightly dry.
Add the perilla leaves and lightly mix them into the dish.
Serve the bean sprout bulgogi hot and enjoy.
