INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 300g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Cut pork belly slices into bite-sized pieces, wash bean sprouts, and separate green onion into white and green parts.
Heat a pan and cook the pork belly slices.
Once the pork fat renders, add the white part of the green onion to create scallion oil.
Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the edges of the pan and let them caramelize slightly.
Add 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp chili powder, and 2 tbsp gochujang to the pan.
Add 1 bag of bean sprouts and the green part of the green onion, stir-fry until the bean sprouts are slightly wilted.
