- 2 servings udon noodles
- 🦐 10-15 cocktail shrimp
- 🍅 6-8 cherry tomatoes
- 🥬 4-6 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Dressing
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp wasabi
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oil
STEPS
Cut cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Season cocktail shrimp with salt and pepper, then sauté in a pan with oil over low heat.
Boil udon noodles, then rinse under cold water.
Combine noodles with 1/3 of the dressing in a bowl, then add vegetables and shrimp. Pour the remaining dressing on top.
Mix all dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad just before serving.
