    • 1 block soft tofu
    • đź’§ 1 cup water
    • 1 tbsp anchovy powder
    • 1 handful chopped kimchi
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • 0.5-1 tbsp soy sauce
    • A pinch of seaweed flakes
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
    • A pinch of chopped green onion
  • Seasoning Sauce

    • đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1-2 tbsp minced green onion
    • 1 minced chili pepper
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź’§ 6 tbsp water
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

STEPS

Cut the soft tofu into thick slices, keeping its round shape intact.

Chop the kimchi into small pieces after lightly shaking off excess liquid.

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing minced garlic, green onion, minced chili pepper, soy sauce, water, chili powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.

In a wok, bring 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp anchovy powder to a boil. Alternatively, use pre-made anchovy stock.

Add the soft tofu to the boiling stock and cook on high heat.

Once boiling, add 0.5 tbsp sesame oil and continue cooking.

Add 0.5-1 tbsp soy sauce and let it simmer briefly.

Transfer the cooked tofu to a wide plate and top with chopped kimchi, seasoning sauce, seaweed flakes, sesame seeds, and green onion.
