INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 slices yellowtail (200g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 turnips with leaves (160g)
- 1 piece ginger
Others
- 1 pack konjac noodles (150g)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp miso
- 💧 200cc water
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
STEPS
Peel the turnips and cut them into quarters. Separate the leaves and chop them into 2-inch pieces.
Slice the ginger thinly and rinse the konjac noodles under cold water.
In a pot, combine water and dashi powder to make the broth. Bring it to a boil.
Add the yellowtail slices, turnips, and konjac noodles to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix sake, mirin, and miso in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the turnip leaves and ginger slices to the pot. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
