INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 1 piece (20g) tofu pouch
- 15g dried radish
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
In a bowl, add dried radish and enough water to cover. Rub gently to clean, then squeeze out excess water. Cut into bite-sized pieces and soak in water as per package instructions.
Pat the tofu pouch with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm-wide strips.
In a microwave-safe container, combine tofu pouch, canned tuna, rehydrated radish, and seasonings. Mix lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Stir to ensure even seasoning.
