    • 250g frozen taro (about 15 pieces)
  • Broth

    • đź’§ 100cc water
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 pinch dashi powder

STEPS

Place frozen taro and all broth ingredients into a microwave-safe container. Mix well and cover loosely with plastic wrap.

Microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes. Remove and stir the mixture.

Cover loosely again and microwave for another 3–5 minutes until the taro is fully cooked and flavors are absorbed.
