INGREDIENTS

- 🦑 200g frozen squid
Tofu
- 1 piece fried tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź’§ 200ml water
STEPS
Defrost the squid under running water and pat dry. Cut the fried tofu into quarters.
Trim the root of the bok choy, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Let it cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine the seasonings and fried tofu. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, occasionally turning the tofu.
Add the squid and simmer until cooked through. Finally, add the bok choy and simmer briefly before serving.
