    • 🍢 150g fried tofu

    • 2 tbsp miso
    • 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Liquid Ingredients

    • 💧 150cc water
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

Trim excess fat from the chicken thigh and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, cut into 2–3cm bite-sized pieces, and trim tough skin if necessary.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add tofu and pumpkin, and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add water, mirin, sugar, and half the miso (1 tbsp), mix well, cover, and simmer for 6–7 minutes. Add remaining miso (1 tbsp) and sesame seeds, mix, and cook until the liquid reduces.
