INGREDIENTS

- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetable
- 300g taro
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 200cc dashi broth
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and cut the taro into bite-sized pieces. Rub with salt (1/2 tbsp, not listed) until slimy, then rinse with water.
In a pot, bring dashi broth, taro, and ginger to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Add the octopus and sugar, stir gently, cover, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce, stir, and simmer until the liquid reduces to half.
