INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings

- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes

- 2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add mackerel fillets to the pan and sear both sides until lightly browned.
