INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g daikon, thinly sliced
- đź§… 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Canned Goods
- 70g canned tuna in oil
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
Liquids
- 150ml water
Seasonings
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Slice the daikon into thin half-moons (5mm thick) and thinly slice the onion.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add daikon and onion, and sauté until the onion softens. Add the tuna and stir to combine.
Add water, canned tomatoes, consomme powder, and salt. Mix well, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
