- Daikon radish 1 (about 500g, roughly chopped)
- 🍗 Chicken thigh 300g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar 1 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Dashi stock 400ml
STEPS

Peel the daikon radish and cut it into rough chunks.

Bring the dashi stock to a boil in a pot and add the daikon.

Simmer on medium heat for about 20–30 minutes until the daikon is tender, then it's ready to serve.
