    • 🥕 Daikon radish 1 piece (approximately 500g)
  • Seasonings

    • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
    • 🍬 Sugar 1 teaspoon
    • Mirin 1 tablespoon
    • 🥣 Dashi stock 200ml

Peel the daikon radish and slice into 1cm thick rounds.

Place the daikon and dashi stock in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add soy sauce, sugar, and mirin, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly, allowing the flavors to meld.
