INGREDIENTS

- 300g daikon, peeled and sliced
Seafood
- 6 pieces tied kombu
Seasonings
- đź’§ 150cc water
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Peel the daikon thickly, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice into 2cm thick half-moons.

In a pot, add daikon, tied kombu, water, dashi powder, and sake. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add mirin and soy sauce, cover again, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
