    • 150g daikon (5cm piece)
    • 2 green onions
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp mirin

    • 100ml water

Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces. Slice the green onions into 1cm pieces.

In a pot, combine daikon and the seasonings (☆). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the canned salmon to the pot, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the green onions and cook briefly.
