    • 🐚 200g clams, pre-soaked
  • Vegetables

    • 100g chrysanthemum greens, chopped
    • 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sake
  • Liquid

    • 💧 200cc water

Trim the chrysanthemum greens and cut them into 4cm lengths. Separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand after trimming the root.

Wash the clams thoroughly by rubbing them together lightly.

In a pot, add water and clams. Bring to a boil, then add sake, soy sauce, and shimeji mushrooms. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until the clams open.

Add chrysanthemum greens to the pot, cover, and cook for 1 minute. Stir gently before serving.
